Armadale Pavilion

880 m²

property description

Armadale Pavilion is a property that makes a statement from the outside in. Restored and designed by Matt Gibson Architecture, the grand grey Victorian façade, set behind established trees, is just the beginning of this home’s appeal. A formal front entrance takes you into the first pavilion where you’ll feel a sense of calm as you walk through the wide hallway with its chandeliers, high ceilings, timber flooring and traditional detailed doors. Here you’ll find a romantic master suite with fireplace, walk in robe and luxurious ensuite with bath. Across the hallway, the traditional Victorian elegance continues with a bedroom and drawing room.

A door at the end of the hallway reveals a glass walkway which leads you through a gorgeous organic shaped timber-lined courtyard. This area is not only breathtaking but also designed for living as you have a fireplace and outdoor seating. The walkway takes you to the second pavilion where you’ll find a huge light-filled open plan living-dining-kitchen area, spacious outdoor zone with private gardens and solar heated pool. Marble, concrete flooring, timber, large windows, white interior with splashes of black make this a luxurious, welcoming space.

From inside, you get to enjoy tranquil views of the pool, vertical timber exterior and lush gardens. Whether you want time together or alone, there’s plenty of room in this pavilion with a large dining table, TV room, kitchen bench and casual living area. When the sun goes down the outdoor dining area by the pool is a stunning spot for a family BBQ.

Upstairs, there’s a choice of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. And to keep everyone happy, a study nook with access to the roof deck is also located on the upper level. It’s easy to see why Armadale Pavilion is the perfect family holiday home.
