EXPERIENCE SOMETHING DIFFERENT

# Memories are made of more than just a great place to stay

## GENUINE CARE Sharing your home is more than a financial transaction

We believe that making your home available to guests is about more than earning a bit of extra spending money. We believe that an empty home is a waste. We believe that walking in someone else’s shoes broadens our horizons, and allowing someone to walk in our shoes broadens theirs. We believe that attention to all the little details makes a big difference and that when we care for our guests, they will care for our homes.

## PERSONALISED EXPERIENCES We believe that great travel experiences should be accessible and personal

Luxico is for the guests who want more than just accommodation and experiences that surpass the TripAdvisor top 5 list. We’re here for the people who love life’s little luxuries, who value personal service, and who want to get off the beaten path. And we’re here for the people who have big dreams but feel more comfortable if they know they have someone looking out for them.

## Local connections We believe that traveling can help spread the love to people and places that need it

With local advice, our guests can find the independent businesses and operators that make a destination great. We’re committed to giving guests a taste of things they won’t find elsewhere, whilst supporting local artisans, creators, innovators and service providers.
