This four-bedroom four-bathroom retreat combines classic elegance with modern design to create a sunlit haven located 100 metres from Yaroomba Beach. The Barra accommodation sleeps up to 11 guests and includes a private pool along with numerous indoor and outdoor living spaces while enjoying prime positioning across from beach and surf.
The beachside escape maintains its original character through thoughtful design while introducing refined modern upgrades. The home's polished concrete floors with whitewashed timber boards as well as its galley kitchen and open-plan layout have been designed to create a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere in every corner. Thanks to full air-conditioning and lush gardens along with three distinct living spaces including a loft and poolside lounge everyone has their own area to relax.
The expansive kitchen and dining area serves as the home’s centerpiece while connecting to a sunlit pool deck. Guests can enjoy meals together around a 12-seat dining table while the galley kitchen contains a large gas stove, Breville coffee machine, and full-size refrigerator. The raised deck upstairs combines ocean breezes with a bar fridge to create the ideal location for both morning coffees and evening sundowners.
