It’s a multi-level, open, well-lit house, right on the doorstep of the Tallebudgera creek and local shops, cafes, and Palm Beach’s less pretentious, southern Gold Coast vibe.
The home features spacious and comfortable living areas that flow naturally, designed to make entertaining or relaxing easy. In the upstairs area, open-plan living is tempered by soft, natural light and the cool sea breeze filtered through floor to ceiling windows. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for a comfortable summer or winter retreat. A master suite is a secluded oasis with a king bed and ensuite. The two spacious bedrooms with queen beds have been positioned for maximum privacy, but also to enable guests to share the space easily. The upstairs ensuite provides a thoughtful guest bathroom, and an additional bathroom on the ground floor allows this spacious beach house to work for families or groups of all sizes.
