Hidden from street view, Boronia greets you with its tranquil garden setting as a path leads you to its curvy art deco façade. As you approach the grand entrance you’re transported into another world.
Crisp white walls, characterful curves and prominent lines are on display throughout the interior. The impressive staircase entices you up to the top floor, which is where you’ll find four spacious bedrooms offering all guests ample comfort and privacy. It’s certainly what will be needed whether you’ve been out for the day enjoying the sights of the city, soaking in the sun and surf, having a quiet coffee, shopping or simply relaxing by the pool.
The extensive entry-level floor and surrounding gardens have a sophisticated and lively vibe with lots on offer for all guests. The large open plan living/dining area takes full advantage of the garden views as multiple windows welcome in the light. The décor is a classy mix of classic designer furniture, timbers, stone and elegant furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect as an entertainers dream with soft blue-grey shaker style cabinets, stone benchtops and access to your own private deck.
You’ll want to spend sunny days in the endless gardens and take a dip in the landscaped pool. There’s plenty of seating dotted around the grounds so be sure to pack that book you’ve been meaning to read! Should you feel like dining and entertaining, enjoy a cool drink or a meal outside on the terrace, while there’s still plenty to do on cooler nights because you can simply retreat to the warmth of indoors and just sit back and relax.
