This near new, architecturally designed home named ‘Carlyle Byron Bay’ offers a dream escape with immaculate finishes and a beautiful indoor outdoor flow in sought after Byron Bay. Perfectly located in a quiet family neighbourhood, the home is only a short walk to the beach, centre of town, and the National Park.
Step into the main living area where polished concrete flooring, open plan design, and tons of natural light welcome you in like a warm summer breeze. Built to very high standards, the FTC glass walls disappear so the whole living space opens onto the garden.
The entire family will love this amazing backyard with plenty of grassed space for the kids to play, covered alfresco area, manicured landscaping and a gorgeous inground pool which is heated from May to October. Pets are also considered on request.
Treasured memories will be made around the large dining table as you can enjoy all your meals together. The amazing fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a delight and with seating at the island bench, the conversation can continue while dinner is cooking. The stove top espresso maker (Italian style) and plunger take care of your coffee needs without leaving home.
All of the bedrooms have a calm relaxed feel and stunning oak flooring. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedrooms two and three both have a queen bed, and bedroom four has two bunk
beds, providing more than enough space for the whole family.
Additional features of the home include ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, media room, and two car parking spaces. With such a central position however, you can walk or bike everywhere and leave the car at home.

Located in the heart of Byron, everything is within easy walking distance. Kingsley and Tennyson Street are close by, lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, while the white sands and surf of Byron Beach are only 750m away.
You have the best of both worlds as the house itself is on a very quiet little lane in a family friendly neighbourhood while amazing coffee shops, boutique stores, Arakwal National Park, and public transport are at your fingertips.
