The Vaucluse Crescent Vaucluse is a stunningly crafted family home, located in affluent Vaucluse, with some of Sydney’s most beautiful harbourside beaches, boutiques and restaurants nearby. Classic and contemporary, you’ll feel an immediate sense of space, serenity and calm as you and your guests are welcomed to a home filled with natural light, stunning interiors and a private garden oasis.
Designed with family living at its core, the free-flowing spaces and layout ensure all who stay here can feel relaxed and at ease. For entertainers, the oversized immaculate kitchen, adjacent to the dining room and living room, is the heart of the home. Here you can enjoy a long lazy brunch or spoil your guests with afternoon drinks, served through the pass-through window to keep everyone connected to the food and conversation. Spending a full day entertaining by the pool is a breeze with a refreshing outdoor shower located in the limestone courtyard amidst the lush greenery.
This house offers something for every season. When its time to get some rest, a gorgeous Georgian staircase leads upstairs to the parents retreat with King-bedroom, spacious travertine bathroom with underfloor heating as well as separate bath and shower. A fully equipped study, which can be converted into an additional queen bedroom. You’ll wake up to birdsong as you enjoy your morning brew on the balcony overlooking the pool, courtyard and garden.
In a separate wing downstairs are two additional bedrooms. One is a spacious Queen with travertine ensuite and the other, a gorgeous space with two King singles and a private balcony – both quiet and beautifully decorated.
The house is incredibly comfortable and abundant in natural light year round. There is underfloor gas heating throughout the ground floor and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the parents’ retreat upstairs and in several of the rooms downstairs.
Located on arguably Vaucluse’s best street, the Crescent Vaucluse is ideally situated mere moments from one of Sydney’s best harbour beaches, Parsley Bay. With dedicated car parking, exploring the stunning surrounds of the Eastern Suburbs is made easy with acclaimed beaches, parks and restaurants close by and easy access to public transport and Sydney’s CBD.
