The grand entry will wow you from the outset, suggesting something quite spectacular awaits. As you stroll onto the veranda, the landscaped tropical gardens and rainforest, rolling green hills and ocean views create an unforgettable first impression. The entry opens to the substantial dining, kitchen and living area. A towering dark timber ceiling angles over the space while louvre windows, neutral walls and floors and large sliding doors and windows welcome an abundance of light offering uninterrupted sightlines to the iconic views that extend across Byron Bay.
The high-end timber and white kitchen provides ample preparation space, a window servery and breakfast bar. Nearby is the light-filled dining area featuring large table and a sunny spot for reading. At the centre of the action is the generous open plan living area which features a wood fireplace, comfortably elegant lounges and access to the expansive veranda, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Outside you have multiple entertaining options, all taking advantage of the breathtaking views. Escape the heat in the swimming pool, relax in style at the gazebo bar and dine alfresco under the moonlight on the timber deck. You can also enjoy outdoor entertaining under the veranda and even an afternoon nap in the hammock.
The sanctuary of the master suite with king bed encourages you to slowly unwind. Spend some quiet time on your veranda and in the bathhouse while you soak up the stunning valley views from every angle. Peaceful views can also be found in the earth-toned second and third bedrooms which have access to the veranda and house queen beds. While the fourth bedroom has a king single bed and a single trundle bed. There’s even relaxation to be had in the resort-style family bathroom with freestanding stone bath and rainforest shower. You also have a separate self-contained cottage.
The Area
From your picturesque location, you’re well positioned to experience the magic of the Byron Bay hinterland or venture out on a day trip further north. It’s an easy 15-minute drive to Mullumbimby so you can enjoy the laid-back artistic village atmosphere, grab a bite to eat and browse through the local offerings. The stunning beaches in and around Byron Bay are a short drive as is the Byron town centre where you’ll find cafes and shops. Gold Coast airport is a 50-minute drive and you’re within easy reach of the city’s world-famous theme parks, beaches and entertainment precinct.
