This brand-new home is more than just a place to stay; it’s a special experience, mixing modern luxury with the easy-going charm of beach life.  
When you step inside, you will immediately notice how bright and airy it is. Sunlight streams in through large skylights and glass walls, lighting up every part of the home. The thoughtful design makes it stylish, comfortable and welcoming, equally perfect for quiet times or fun get-togethers. It’s a fantastic Sydney spot for a family vacation, professional travelling for work looking for the silver-lining or small groups wanting to enjoy this famous location.  
The home has a welcoming front patio and a lovely, private back garden, offering a peaceful, tranquil escape from the everyday and outside world.  
On the ground floor, a wide hallway leads you, on your left, past a TV room and a neat built-in study area. To the right, there's a full laundry with its own side entrance, and a modern bathroom. The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area – a great space for everyone to gather or enjoy on your own. The chef’s kitchen is designed for those who love to entertain, with top-quality Gaggenau appliances, including two ovens and two dishwashers, plus a butler’s pantry to keep things tidy. Pull up a seat at the kitchen island and chat while you cook, or set the large dining table for a special meal.  
The living area, with its comfy plush sofa, is a great place to relax. You can lay back and gaze out through the glass wall to the pool and garden, watch a movie on the big 85-inch TV, or enjoy the cosy fireplace. It’s a flexible space where you can unwind after a day at the beach. The start of the day is best enjoyed in the sun on the veranda with a fresh coffee.  
The inside living and dining area flow smoothly out to a covered deck with an outdoor kitchen, and then to the garden and pool. It’s the perfect size to feel like a private resort, while still being cosy enough for everyone to feel connected.  
Take a dip in the heated pool, then rinse off in the outdoor shower before walking barefoot across the soft green grass and back inside.  
Upstairs, you'll find three well-set-up bedrooms. Two guest rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed and a 55-inch TV, share a beautifully finished bathroom that has a large shower and a welcoming bathtub. The master bedroom, at the back of the house overlooking the garden, is a private retreat with a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a 75-inch TV, and a stylish en-suite bathroom. There's also a separate office space upstairs, providing a quiet spot for work.

Parking is easy and secure with a private garage and driveway that can fit two cars.

The location is fantastic. Bondi Beach is just a short walk away, so you can easily enjoy the classic Aussie beach lifestyle. You'll also find great local cafés, food shops, boutiques, and scenic coastal walks all nearby.
