Prices are in AUD. 50% of the total is payable when you book, then 50% 30 days before check-in. An instalment whose date has already passed is payable when you book. ## About this villa

Living with expansive views over water and constantly evolving coastal landscape is the aim of every room in Kelburn Somers. Perched atop its sloping site with private access down to the beach fronted path below, this sophisticated villa offers effortless luxury embraced by nature.

Daylight streams into the expansive, floor-to-ceiling glazing on every level of the home. Surfaces and finishes have been carefully considered and selected to create serene yet dynamic spaces adorned with Italian furniture and fittings throughout.

The architectural experience begins from the front door. Envisioned as an art piece in itself, the entryway opens to a lower level centered around two voluminous, open plan living spaces leading to an enveloping covered alfresco area. Suspended above the dine and designer kitchen, complete with Gaggenau appliances and butlers pantry, is a sculptural Kinara fireplace.

Artfully crafted every angle of this level offers panoramic views over Western Port Bay with the infinity swimming pool appearing to disappear into the distant horizon.

Two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms with ensuites and a powder room complete this level. Cantilevered stairs float guests up to a serene study and sumptuous master suite. Occupying the entirety of the upper level, this secluded retreat features a walk-in robe, oversized ensuite, private balcony and elevated views over water. Stillwater’s bedroom will turn sunrise and sunsets into daily extravaganzas.

Retreat away from the world down to the lower ground level. Disguised within the rolling landscape you will discover a generous home theatre, steam room, powder room and third living space that flows seamlessly to covered alfresco entertaining and outdoor kitchen. From here guests can take in the infinity pool and carefully curated coastal gardens at leisure.

Gently winding down towards the beach is a series of seductive spaces to kick back, relax and unwind. Guests will discover a fire pit, lower private landing, access to the coastal walking track and plenty of room for meditation, yoga or simply a quiet moment with the ocean.

Escape doesn’t get more luxurious than Kelburn Somers. Privately sleeps for up to 8 guests in four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Perfect for families, couples or friends, you’ll feel like you are nowhere near civilization yet you have everything you need to create lasting memories.

Wake up to a morning stroll down to the beach, a swim in the bay or enjoy one of the many seaside cafés Somers has to offer. Day trips include the Coolart Historic Area, Red Hill South Wineries and the village of Balnarring. Located just 90 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, this stunning coastal escape is where architecture, luxury and Mother Nature collide.

Please ensure that you DO NOT park on the road outside of the house to accommodate local residence. There is a double lock-up garage for 2 cars and parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 beds (maximum 6 adults and 2 children – children under 14 years old are not permitted).  Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay.  Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
