Elevated above a quiet, manicured street and presented in immaculate condition, the home reveals itself — a run of entry steps, a pair of impressive doors, and then the full scale of the interior opens up beneath a soaring double-height ceiling. Light pours in from every angle, and straight ahead, framed like a piece of art, the garden and pool unfold into a lush, hidden oasis. Your own private mini resort ready for you to enjoy!
The entry level is the true heart of the home, arranged around a series of considered living spaces designed equally for grand entertaining and quiet family time. A cosy library and conversation nook sits opposite the formal dining room, anchored by a statement table with room to seat a crowd. Beyond it, a restaurant-calibre kitchen takes centre stage — stainless steel finishes, a butler's pantry, a generous island bench and a casual dining table — flowing into a second, more relaxed sitting area with TV for evenings in. Walls of glass slide open to connect it all with a covered alfresco terrace, drawing the outdoors in at every turn.
Outside, the property has been perfectly set up for long, sun-filled days: a lush lawn, tropical garden and a sparkling heated pool. Tucked away, fully covered, along the kitchen and lounge there is the alfresco dining setting for effortless entertaining completed with a comfortable plush lounge.
