Not to mention a kitchen perfect for cooking and entertaining and four comfortable bedrooms all with access to the outdoor area.
The incredible terrace overlooks the surrounding lush gardens, the village of Rose Bay as well the unobstructed view of the city and Sydney's iconic skyline. There are plenty of room to entertain and enjoy an alfresco dinner by the large outdoor dining table or sit down lounge style. As if this wasn't enough there are a serene area outside the master bedroom perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or soak up the sun in one of the sun loungers.
The openness means whether in the kitchen or living, the view and coastal vibe is always present as well as everyone stays connected in the social space. The modern, spacious kitchen is light and airy, fitted with modern, new appliances, fully equipped and features a central island with American Oak bench top. Additional Carrara stone bench tops also add sophistication and work beautifully with the apartment design and aesthetic.
The master bedroom is all about a calm luxe feeling and offers a luxurious king bed with feature bed head, rustic provincial furniture, as well as magnificent views.
