One of the most stylishly appointed beach houses in Byron Bay, Lawson Byron Bay offers everything a family could want in a seaside holiday. No need to pack the car for your morning at the beach. Out front is Clarkes beach, The Pass, Tallows, and Wategos is just over the hill. When you have had enough sun, retreat to your expansive home, complete with outdoor showers, a small gym and infrared sauna. Have a BBQ and entertain outdoors overlooking the white timber hot tub and gated lawns where the kids can play for hours.
Spend for evenings in the games room with a bar fridge, designer ping pong table, lounges and a massive TV. Or take a sunset stroll to one of the internationally acclaimed bars and restaurants that Byron has to offer.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Byron Shire has very stringent noise regulations. All of our houses have firm no party/function or gathering policies. This means that only guests listed on your booking agreement are allowed onsite.
Sound travels to the neighbours easily in both town & hinterland homes and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day with no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint from your neighbour will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints will result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining rent or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
