This bright and spacious three-bedroom house provides warmth and effortless indoor-outdoor living for guests wanting to experience Melbourne like a local.
The home consists of two living areas where guests can relax or entertain. There is plenty of seating and a relaxed ambience throughout the house. Enjoy some downtime in the sunshine with a good book on the bay window reading seat or entertain friends and family in the backyard oasis perfect for those long summer nights. Complete with seating for alfresco dining, the backyard is secure and flows seamlessly from the indoors. For those rainy days or nights there is also plenty of space to whip up something delicious in the kitchen. Airconditioning keeps guests comfortable year-round and there is also a hidden euro laundry complete with combo washer dryer for that added convenience.
Sleeping is made comfortable across the three bedrooms. The main bedroom is a king size and there are two queensize bedrooms. The bathroom is ensuite to the master with a walk in shower. For added convenience there is also a powder room upstairs. For your vehicle there is parking for one car.
