The carefully designed indoors has a muted colour palette that is a light, cool contrast to the warmth and brightness of the outside sun. Contemporary and traditional elements work in harmony to deliver a laid back yet sophisticated and edgy vibe to this five-bedroom, four-level grand family home. With multiple serene living spaces including gym and sauna, it’s the ideal escape to relax and refocus. This is truly elevated coastal living that will give the vacation of a lifetime.
When approaching the property you are spoiled with ocean views until you reach the quiet treelined street with the home tucked away.
Once inside you are immediately hit with how exceptionally light-filled and spacious it is not to mention the views of the ocean and greenery that awaits through the glass walls of the living area on the entertainers terrace.
From the oversized entry with plenty of room for beach essentials, shoes and all you need a few steps takes you into the heart of the home; the combined living, kitchen and dining area (middle level of house). It is drenched in sunlight and hugged on both sides by private outdoor areas. On one side showcasing the ocean and glimpses of the beach and the other side the inviting private courtyard with its Mediterranean sleek design. This social area offers plenty of room for everyone to gather around the kitchen bench to see dinner be prepared (or unpacked from delivery from one of the many nearby restaurants) , hang out by the TV or fire place and sit down for food. Of course you can choose to sit down at the dinner table inside or out on the deck. It is also a truly special place for a solo early riser to meet the new day in peace on the terrace. Maybe enjoying a post swim beverage and freshly baked goods from a nearby bakery.
The kitchen is grand, well planned and equipped with high end appliances. If your passion is cooking you will find all you need and more. A hidden butlers pantry makes organising the groceries a dream.
This level also has a powder room with a world class view and to top it off: an indoor garden.

The Area :
Some of the worlds most popular beaches are all within walking distance from Macpherson Bronte. The neighbourhood also have plenty of parks and cafes. There is easy access to public transport and the Sydney CBD and major shopping complexes, the closest being the popular Bondi Junction, are only a short drive away. With Bronte Beach a few metres down the road, it’s an easy stroll to the surf and sand. If you’re in the mood for a scenic walk, or perhaps a picnic, the Bronte to Bondi Coastal Walk is only steps from your front door. Plus, you can walk to Bondi Beach and surrounding restaurants and shops whilst enjoying the scenery.
