The nightly rates under Availability are a guide. A quote prices the whole stay for its dates and guests, includes any fees, and can differ from the sum of the nightly rates. Prices are in AUD. 20% of the total is payable when you book, then 20% 90 days before check-in, then 20% 60 days before check-in, then 40% 30 days before check-in. An instalment whose date has already passed is payable when you book. The quote on the villa page for your dates is final.
