## About this villa
Brisbane's award-winning architect Robert Froud designed Mitti Noosa Heads which stands as a stunning Little Cove designer home creating a one-of-a-kind tropical getaway. The architecturally crafted residence boasts elegant internal timber panelling combined with blonde brick accents while three-story black-framed windows rise to frame lush rainforest views that create a serene light-filled living space.
The home spans three open-plan split levels to comfortably host ten guests through its five beautifully decorated bedrooms and trio of modern bathrooms. Guests can sleep in a king master suite on the top level along with a combination of queen and double bedrooms located on the entry level and a practical queen-sized sofa bed/study.
The property offers three distinct living rooms and two dining rooms with front and back outdoor decks designed to fully embrace the tropical environment. The main attraction of this home is its welcoming outdoor dining space featuring a woodfire stove oven which provides an idyllic setting for leisurely meals in nature.
Mitti Noosa Heads combines the latest luxury amenities with classic nostalgia through vintage elements like a record player and a vinyl collection. This property gives guests simple access to nature and beachfront activities as it stands close to Noosa National Park and Noosa Main Beach and just 100 meters from the renowned Nationals surf break.
Mitti Noosa Heads presents the perfect location to relax in tropical tree canopies or surf at First Point for an unforgettable holiday in Noosa. You can reach Hastings Street’s lively dining options plus shopping and nightlife destinations with just a five-minute walk.
