\- - Minimum age requirement of 28 years for all adult guests. No groups. No schoolies. No Hens or Bucks groups.
\- - No smoking inside the house.
\- - Pets are not allowed.
\- - Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported.
\- - If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
\- - Please adhere to the noise level during quiet hours, which start at 10 pm.
