Dana Blairgowrie 771 is an architecturally designed coastal retreat at Bridgewater Bay, where Scandi-inspired interiors meet the rugged beauty of the Mornington Peninsula. With four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, it’s a generous, comfortable base for families and groups settling in for a stay of 30 days or more.
The home is bathed in natural light, with warm oak, textured finishes and skylit ceilings creating a calm, welcoming feel. Expansive glazing brings the outdoors in and celebrates the coastal setting.
All four bedrooms are on the main floor. The spacious main suite has its own ensuite, and there’s also a family bathroom and a powder room, so there’s plenty of space for everyone.
At the heart of the home is an open-plan living and dining area beneath raked ceilings, with a cosy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and a butler’s pantry. It’s made for long breakfasts and shared meals. Large stacker doors open onto the outdoor entertaining area, where the heated magnesium pool, landscaped gardens and BBQ suit slow afternoons and balmy summer evenings. The backyard is secure. Please note the magnesium pool takes approximately 2–4 days to reach temperature, depending on the season and weather.
Other comforts include a media room for cosy evenings, a wine fridge, a built-in study nook, a double garage and year-round heating and cooling. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided, and access details are sent shortly before arrival. Your booking is for the whole property.
The location puts the best of Blairgowrie on your doorstep. Stroll to the bay, grab a morning coffee from St Paul General Store, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at local favourites Pizza D’Oh and Blue Fin. Blairgowrie Village, the Yacht Squadron, boutique shopping, wineries, golf courses and Peninsula Hot Springs are all a short drive away.
