The design mantra of simple serenity sits perfectly with Pine Mountain House. A covered walkway leads from the carport into this tranquil abode. As your feet touch the travertine flooring on the patio and in the main living pavilion, you’ll quickly shift into relax mode. Peeling off the kitchen, living and dining areas are enticing outdoor living zones while stacking sliding doors open up the entire northern side of this space.
Make yourself comfortable in the living area and doze off in the sunshine or cosy up in front of the stone fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling oak bookcases and a peaceful outlook brings a relaxed ambience to the adjacent dining room and into the modern kitchen. A black splashback and cabinetry and stainless steel and timber accents sparkle in the natural light thanks to generous glazing. Off the kitchen is a butler’s pantry and cellar as well the glamourous entertaining area, complete with a splash of colour, a pizza oven, BBQ and seating options. Lounge from early morning or gather for a family meal under moonlight. When it’s time to escape the heat, the pool is a cool and shaded oasis. While the rear patio, off the living area, is made for time alone or an evening of star gazing.
Occupying generous floorspace and featuring a dreamy ensuite, walk-in-robe and calming view, is the master suite. Refreshingly restrained, light-filled and with double doors leading to the lawn, tranquility abounds as you’re soothed to sleep by the sounds of nature. It’s the same sense of calm in the second king bedroom, which also houses an ensuite and has access to the outdoors. There’s also a spacious study which houses two single fold-out wall beds.
