This magical property is perfectly poised on the ridge to capture the surrounding mountain views and must be one of the best positions in the Byron Bay Hinterland to take in the sunset. Constructed of rendered double brick and finished with Spanish roof tiles and beautiful timber detailing this home exudes style and a relaxed elegance that is hard to match.
The main entrance hall features timber beams from an old Grafton bridge built in 1918 and 100 year old Baltic Pine floorboards from an old Adelaide Church. Possum Hill is a 3 minute drive to the main street of Bangalow and a 10 minute drive to Byron Bay and it is most certainly one of the most impressive homes on the market at present.

In 2018, the Owners are adding an 36 m2 Terrasse to the existing pool surrounds. At the outer edge, is a good size Hot-Tub circulating warm/hot water, with a seating of 9. The water speed & temperature is adjustable. The tiled setting is extended from the current pool, and juts out into the wilderness with completely private view of the sun setting. The surrounding majestic trees are also under-lit for effect if lighting is chosen. 8 recessed lights lead the way to the Hot-Tub itself from the existing Pool & Cabana.
