## About this villa
Perfectly position on a quiet street of the charming Balmain this lovely home gives you a traditional welcome through a gate, up a few stairs to further perfect the position and you arrive at a porch complete with seating. The front door gives you a hint of that there is far from an ordinary house hidden behind it.
Stepping into this fully renovated classic cottage a light filled corridor with glossy timber floor, carefully decorated with art, runs through the house and in the end opens up to the living area.
The first room off the corridor is the guest suite. This comfortable retreat offers both a very clever hidden en-suite, a desk, seating and of course a plush queen bed.
Next up is the double master bedroom that offers two mirrored master bedrooms with a shared spa like en-suite in the middle as well as ample storage. Should a more private set up be needed there are sliding doors on each side. Both rooms are facing the garden and has views of the city skyline.
Venturing further into the house overlooking the garden and kitchen is a library style office drenched in natural light and framed by the garden greenery outside the big windows. Conveniently located next to the entry to the living space is a powder room that is elevated by a round skylight.
The saying that the kitchen is the heart of the home is truly the case in this home. In a prime position in the newly built pavilion overlooking the dining, living and garden the oversized kitchen bench offers a dream spot to cook up a storm. With plenty of space as well as a hidden pantry and laundry it is as functional as it is beautiful.
Opposite the kitchen is the dining area that with a big dining table and a built-in sofa resembles the best seat in a French bistro. All seats around the table offers a view, either you are entertained by the action in the kitchen, overlooks the garden or the city lights. Whatever taste in music you have a set of Sonos speakers will help you spread your favorite tunes.
To make the social areas complete the dining and kitchen is adjoined by an equally stylish and comfy lounge area.
As if the stunning inside was not enough this house hug the most perfect garden with a pool to cool down in on hot days. Having dinner outside by the outdoor dining area comes with uninterrupted views of the city
