It offers an expansive outlook from the large Easterly entertaining area featuring a solar heated pool. At the heart of the living area is a shaker kitchen, fully equipped for family entertaining.
Outside, the pool with waterslide is a show stopper. Lounge on the large deck and enjoy a cocktail whilst enjoying the view, or perhaps watch the sun rise whilst listing to the birdsong if you're an early riser. A children's playground with swing, slide, monkey bars and cubby house, plus a 10ft trampoline will keep the kids happy when they're not splashing in the pool. Beyond the garden, there is a horse arena, paddock and a little forest which is fun for short walks.
The home features 4 bedrooms, the master (Queen bed) with parents retreat (inc TV), balcony and ensuite. Three additional bedrooms downstairs include another queen room (with baby cot), children's bedroom with double bed, and a further children's room with a king single bed and trundle, all sharing a central bathroom.
A formal living & dining space is surrounded by the verandah and overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen includes a large informal dining area (seats 8) also opening onto the deck and overlooking the pool. A rumpus room is fully equipped to keep kids entertained with a separate TV, games, toys and books. Each of the three living areas has its own TV, with connection to Netflix and other streaming services, to provide multiple areas to relax without fights over the remote control!
