Nestled within the Byron Bay Hinterland on 22 acres of rainforest, Soma is a super luxe, purpose-built space suitable for yoga/meditation/corporate retreats and other immersive experiences. It is also perfect for a holiday escape as accommodation for a large family, where additional experiences can be tailor made for guests including yoga, bodywork sessions, meditation sessions, and private catered dinners (activities quoted as additional to accommodation).
Brand new and breathtaking, the house at Soma showcases simple, high-end style with timber, concrete and glass exteriors and stunning contemporary interiors, with a luxury industrial aesthetic. Bask indoors beneath natural light with floor to ceiling glazing and languish in luxury, with bespoke designer furniture and contemporary art from some of Australia’s most celebrated artists.
Sleep is sumptuous at Soma, with 10 exquisite and spacious king suites, featuring lofty black framed windows, timber ceilings, plush furnishings, modern wall art and breathtaking Hinterland views. Each suite features a resort style ensuite bathroom and A/C. Luxurious indulgence continues in the bathrooms at Soma, with deluxe fittings including gold tapware. The house comprises 10 ensuite bathrooms (off each bedroom) and a main guest bathroom.
Spacious and open with high ceilings, Soma’s lower level comprises an open plan living, dining and cooking space. Soma seamlessly integrates the outdoors with the indoors with interior gardens, light-filled spaces, generous glazing and luxury finishes with natural timbers and raw materials. THE AREA
Nestled within the lush Byron Bay Hinterland rainforest, Soma is private and secluded but is only a short 15 minute drive to the centre of town and the best of Byron Bay’s beaches. There’ll be no need to leave this sublime oasis with it’s very own paddock to plate experience, however, Byron Bay icons The Farm and Stone and Wood Brewery are in close proximity, only 5 minutes drive away. Load up on fresh produce at the weekly Byron Bay Farmers Market at the Cavanbah Centre, also just 5 minutes drive from Soma.

\- Please respect our neighbours. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported
\- If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests
\- No smoking inside the house.
\- Pets are not allowed
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Byron Shire has very stringent noise regulations. All of our houses have firm no party/function or gathering policies. This means that only guests listed on your booking agreement are allowed onsite.
Sound travels to the neighbours easily in both town & hinterland homes and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day with no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint from your neighbour will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints will result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining rent or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
## Payment & Cancellation Terms
50% deposit at booking, non-refundable.
Secure your stay with a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically 30 days before arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.
The balance is non-refundable once it has been paid.
