The four bedrooms are all of generous size, with the upstairs master offering a fabulous balcony with views of the city back drop.
Ideally located on a highly desirable private and peaceful street, the property is only a short walk to the exclusive Capri on Via Roma boutique cafe, restaurant and shopping precinct, 1.5km from world famous Gold Coast beaches, 3km from the Gold Coast Turf Club and Southport Golf Club and all that the Gold Coast has to offer.
