This elevated beach style, coastal chic home is suitable for up to 8 guests, and is ideally poised for short or long stays, any time of the year. Located just between Bondi and Dover Heights it has all the fun that the iconic Bondi comes with paired with the serenity and views of the Heights location.
Drenched in light it has a relaxed, easy flowing layout across two levels, and a optimal designed open plan, stylish and comfortable interior for modern family living. Tasteful finishes including gorgeous statement artwork, and feature lighting, complement the timeless interiors were every detailed is handpicked.
The European-appointed marble gas kitchen features modern appliances and a breakfast bench stretching for the outside for casual dining or hang out. There is a separate butler's pantry that provides ample storage.
The perfect size, the home presents a warm and inviting ambience, with multiple areas to socialise or unwind. In addition to the kitchen and seating area that flows into the outdoors the lower level also features a dedicated rumpus room (or playroom), and an office.
Enjoy easy family meals at the indoor dining table or push back the glass bifold doors downstairs to reveal the outdoor entertainment area in the garden sanctuary.
Make use of the BBQ and dine alfresco at the courtyard table, and in warm weather enjoy a dip in the fully glass fenced pool or relax under the sunshade.
