\- No decorations attached to walls, floors, or ceilings
\- No moving of furniture
\- No smoking inside the house
\- Only battery-operated candles allowed
\- No party equipment, such as smoke machines or sparklers
\- Noise audible outside is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am
\- No pets allowed
## Payment & Cancellation Terms
50% deposit at booking, non-refundable.
Secure your stay with a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically 30 days before arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.
The balance is non-refundable once it has been paid.
