Perched high among the palms The Vines gives you a new perspective on the traditional stilt beach house. A quick walk up the light-filled stairs and you arrive at this expansive one-level residence. A neutral, relaxed and modern beachy mood with pops of greenery extends throughout and the light oak inspired flooring and cabinetry work harmoniously with the white interior to create continuity of design. Louvres catch the coastal breeze and large windows draw in light so there’s no shortage of fresh air and sunlight.
Casual and stylish living is at the heart of the open plan living, dining and kitchen. And there’s something for everyone here. The high-end kitchen features a butler’s pantry, wide island bench and seating, offering a delightful spot to grab a snack or linger for a while. You’ll want to congregate in the serene dining area where you can enjoy a meal while feeling the gentle ocean breeze. Floor to ceiling doors can be opened to bring you closer to nature as you sit back in the informal sitting area while the kids enjoy a game of pool. For an intimate space, the separate media room is a useful second living zone.
A lovely sense of privacy and calm can be found in the main bedroom with its king bed and luxurious shower room, while you have the added luxury of a wall of wardrobes, double basins and study area. The calming scheme extends to the remaining three spacious bedrooms, luxurious ensuite and family bathroom.Â
Outdoors a firepit brings warmth in winter while on sunny days there’s room to stretch out, sit back and take in your surrounds as the kids wander around the yard. You also have off-street parking for four cars and your pet is a welcome guest.
THE AREA
With the beach and Marshalls creek only meters away you can wander to and from at your leisure. Marchalls creek is simply lovely and at high tide is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming & snorkelling. Grab a coffee or enjoy breakfast at the riverside Yum Yum Café, which is a casual five-minute stroll. The New Brighton General Store and weekly farmers markets are right next door to Yum Yum. The Ocean Shores shopping complex with Coles, Sushi, Tavern & more is just a 2min drive away. World class Fleet restaurant, the Bruns Pub and the endless great cafes of Brunswick Heads are only a five minute-drive. If you’re looking to spend the day exploring the region, Byron Bay and the surrounding hinterland are within an easy 20min reach.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
