Kelly exceeded our expectations 10/2019

Our extended stay in Trumper Park/Paddo exceeded our expectations. Large, stunning outdoor terrace over looking cricket field and park. Every evening watched bats flying down from Cenntential Park, had a friendly cockatoo visiting the deck and enjoyed views as far as downtown. Air Con for hot summer days was a life saver!! Easy access to trains at Edgecliff station and short walk to Oxford St. for bus. Five ways was an excellent nearby place for dinners, markets and cafes. Fully stocked kitchen to cook. Sophie was a fantastic host - so helpful and lovely! Arranged easily last minute request for two extended nights at the end of our stay. Will definitely hope to stay with Luxico again.

Fantastic place! EXCELLENT location, Paddington is a great little town. Grocery stores, metro, shops all within a 10 minute walk. Decks look out into green space, lots of wonderful birds. Modern apartment, large rooms, bright, cheery. Kitchen well equipped, we enjoyed our month long stay here very much. Sophie and Viktor could not have been more helpful during our stay. We needed high speed internet and they helped us set up service. Worked very well. They were available to answer questions and make suggestions about places to visit, eat etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
