\- - Pets are only allowed after approval. The breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.  
\- - Please respect our neighbors. Fines may apply for excessive noise if reported.  
\- - If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.

## Payment & Cancellation Terms

50% deposit at booking, non-refundable.

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically 30 days before arrival.  
The deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.  
The balance is non-refundable once it has been paid.
