This five-bedroom family home offers a relaxed atmosphere and spacious design on the Sunshine Coast with its unbeatable location to deliver beachfront living perfection for families or small groups.

Enter through the front gate to discover a bright hallway with two north-oriented living spaces designed for relaxation. The house design moves seamlessly to the open-plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen before reaching the sun deck that faces the ocean and provides panoramic views of the surf and shoreline as a magnificent backdrop for everyday life. A sparkling in-ground swimming pool creates a relaxing oasis outside near the beach dunes.

The upstairs layout features five bedrooms that take advantage of sea breezes and coastal light while providing two bathrooms and an additional living zone suited for relaxing evenings or movie sessions. The master suite features breathtaking beach views from both the bed and private balcony and other bedrooms can sleep a total of twelve guests.

Guests will appreciate the entertaining and functional kitchen which includes a gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and De’Longhi Nespresso coffee machine. Bifold windows provide access to a timber deck that blends indoor spaces with the outdoor lounge and dining area making it perfect for beachside breakfasts or sunset barbecues.

The dual lounge downstairs features a cozy reading nook with an open fireplace (firewood provided) and a main TV room while upstairs provides a secondary TV area and play space suitable for children or quiet relaxation. The property features a third bathroom plus laundry facilities on the ground level.

The guest accommodations feature complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the property, ceiling fans installed in every bedroom, two advanced smart TVs, a barbecue area and parking space for one car along with street parking options. Pet owners seeking beachfront accommodation on the Sunshine Coast will appreciate this property because it accepts small pets under 7kg pending approval.

A$1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check-in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

– Noise must be kept to a minimum in consideration of neighbours  
– Pets must be pre-approved and declared at the time of booking  
– Property is for holiday accommodation use only  
– Minimum age requirement for children: 12 years  
– Additional fees apply for excess cleaning or damage

## Payment & Cancellation Terms

50% deposit at booking, non-refundable.

Secure your stay with a 50% deposit when you book. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically 30 days before arrival.  
The deposit is non-refundable from the time of booking.  
The balance is non-refundable once it has been paid.
