How the URLs work

/destination/{slug}: A destination and the villas in it. llms.txt lists every destination with villas today. For example /destination/byron-bay-region.
/rentals/allrentals/{slug}: A villa page: description, guests, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities and a nightly guide price. For example /rentals/allrentals/childe-byron-bay.
/{slug}: A curated collection of villas. For example /private-villas.
/search: The interactive search. It reads no place or date from the URL, so a link to it always opens the whole collection; open a destination page instead, or use the search_properties tool in a browser. For example /search.
/request-to-book?checkin=&checkout=&adults=&slug=: Starts a booking for one villa and stay. get_property_quote returns this link with a priced quote; the person completes the booking. For example /request-to-book?checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&adults=2&slug=childe-byron-bay.

Tools in the browser

The site registers WebMCP tools with the browser, so an agent running in the page can call them. They are listed with the same words in the ARD manifest. There is no remote MCP server or public HTTP API.

On every page

search_properties Search Luxico luxury holiday rentals in Australia by location, dates, guest count and bedrooms. Returns matching homes with nightly pricing and a link to each property page.
search_locations Look up the Australian destinations Luxico lets homes in, by free-text name. Use this to resolve a place before calling search_properties, and to confirm Luxico operates there at all.

On a villa page, for that villa

get_property_details Get full details for the property currently being viewed on this page: description, bedrooms/bathrooms, guest capacity, guide price, amenities and reviews.
check_property_availability Check which days are available to book for the property currently being viewed, for a given month. Defaults to the current month.
get_property_quote Get a priced quote for the property currently being viewed, for a specific date range and guest count. Returns the total, its breakdown and a link to book.

Forms the person submits

subscribe_to_newsletter Fill in Luxico's newsletter sign-up with the person's email address, for offers, new home alerts and travel tips. The person presses Sign Up themselves; nothing is sent until they do.
